Vacant Position: Deputy Manager Globe Store Vlorë

Duties

• Manage the store daily, taking full responsibility for the smooth operation of all tasks in line with the policies and standards set by the Company;
• Continuously work to improve sales and maximize profits by meeting the targets approved by the Company;
• Be directly responsible for achieving the store’s objectives by managing and motivating the store staff to increase daily sales and maximize work efficiency;
• Complete and ensure all tasks related to planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring monthly, weekly, and daily objectives for all employees under their responsibility;
• Set priorities, identify, and resolve urgent issues related to the smooth running of the store;
• Ensure staff are trained and prepared to perform all necessary work processes during the workday.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education, preferably in Business Management;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of English (knowledge of an additional language besides English is an advantage);
• At least 2 years of management experience;
• Organizational skills;
• Energetic, proactive, persistent, and self-motivated individual;
• Knowledge of basic computer programs;
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
