Site Manager

HR Studio is seeking a Site Manager with experience in designing, executing, and managing construction projects. This role requires a technical and managerial profile capable of leading the site from the project analysis stage through to the final completion and handover of the works.

Duties

• Overall technical and operational management of the construction site.
• Reviewing, coordinating, and monitoring technical and executive projects.
• Participating in the design process and providing technical solutions based on actual site conditions.
• Planning and organizing work phases according to the project and specified deadlines.
• Coordinating engineers, technicians, work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Overseeing project implementation and verifying that work complies with technical specifications.
• Monitoring the quality of work, materials, and construction standards.
• Preparing and tracking the work schedule and ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Documenting technical issues during execution and proposing suitable solutions.
• Controlling and optimizing the use of materials, equipment, and human resources on site.
• Collaborating with designers, architects, engineers, investors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Preparing periodic reports on the physical and technical progress of the works.
• Supervising compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing the technical documentation of the site and coordinating the process through to project completion and handover.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in site management and construction project management.
• Good experience and knowledge in design and execution.
• Excellent skills in reading and interpreting technical projects.
• Familiarity with professional design and project management software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.
• Focus on quality, deadlines, and resolving issues on site.
• Responsibility and strong communication skills with the team, investors, and collaborators.
• Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
