Position: Cashier Flagship Durrës
Department: Operational
Location: Durrës.

Main duties and purpose of the position:
To oversee the process of receiving products and accompanying invoices according to company procedures and standards;

Duties

• Checks the goods received and ensures they meet quality standards and have an excellent appearance for sale;
• Verifies and identifies discrepancies between the quantity received and the quantity ordered;
• Organizes supply inspections;
• Checks the distribution and documentation of orders. Maintains necessary records in the order book;
• Controls access to the warehouse area;
• Prepares and sends goods to the central warehouse;
• Prepares and updates the table of goods available in the warehouse;
• Checks the return of orders to suppliers;
• Controls the storage of pallets and packages in the warehouse areas;
• Ensures cleanliness of the area and monitors the temperature in the warehouse;
• Ensures smooth operation of the department according to rules and safety manuals;
• Monitors the work process in compliance with HACCP standards during the receipt of goods;

Qualifications

• Requirements: Education: Must have completed secondary education.
• Work experience: Similar work experience is preferred.
• Other qualifications: Must have computer skills in the Microsoft Office package;
• Other skills: Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to communicate with suppliers;
