Cashier / Organizer Laprakë

Position: Cashier & System Organizer Laprakë
Location: Tirana
Position Summary: The daily responsibilities of this role involve managing the sector in line with the company’s overall policies;
The main objective of this role is to deliver efficient and effective customer service while maintaining the area under their responsibility.

Duties

• Duties and Responsibilities: Welcomes and interacts with customers with high professional ethics;
• Ensures all products are scanned accurately;
• Checks every product passing through the checkout;
• Communicates prices to customers and processes all payment methods according to standard procedures based on customer requests;
• Manages the cash balance in the register;
• Guides and assists customers in locating specific products and informs them about the latest offers;
• Maintains the workplace in order by supplying necessary materials, etc.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Education: Secondary or higher education.
• Work experience: Relevant work experience.
• Other qualifications: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite;
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Other skills: Ability to work well in a team;
• Ability to operate all equipment required for the job;
• Ability to communicate effectively with partners and customers;
• Ability to provide efficient service to customers in various work situations.
