Position: Client Advisor, Neptun Durrës
Department: Retail
Location: Durrës
Position Purpose: The main focus of the Client Advisor is to provide customers with exceptional service and maintain the area under their responsibility.

Duties

• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales plan for their sector
• Communicating with and serving customers according to company standards
• Responsible for maintaining their sector
• Following and implementing sales guidelines in their sector
• Organizing the positioning and presentation of products in their sector
• Handling customer complaints and feedback according to company standards
• Having thorough knowledge and monitoring of product stock in their sector
• Organizing and proposing product orders under their responsibility
• Conducting inventories for their sector and reporting the results

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Good knowledge of English
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations
• Polite and confident
• Willing to work under pressure and in challenging situations
• Creative
