Job Position: Client Advisor, Neptun Kristal

Location: Neptun Kristal Center, Tirana

Duties

• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales plan for their sector.
• Communicating with and serving customers according to company standards.
• Responsible for maintaining their sector.
• Following and applying sales guidelines within their sector.
• Organizing the placement and presentation of products in their sector.
• Handling customer complaints and feedback in line with company standards.
• Having excellent knowledge of and monitoring the product stock in their sector.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Good command of the English language.
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations.
• Polite and confident.
• Able to work under pressure and in challenging situations.
• Creative.
