Position: Customer Advisor Neptun Don Bosko

Department: Retail

Location: Tirana

Position Purpose: The primary focus of a Customer Advisor is to provide customers with outstanding service and maintain the area they are responsible for.

Duties

• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales plan for their sector.
• Communicating with and serving customers according to company standards.
• Responsible for maintaining their sector.
• Following and applying sales guidelines in their sector.
• Organizing the placement and presentation of products in their sector.
• Managing customer complaints and feedback according to company standards.
• Having thorough knowledge of and monitoring the product stock in their sector.
• Organizing and proposing product orders within their responsibility.
• Conducting inventories for their sector and reporting the results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations.
• Polite and confident.
• Willing to work under pressure and in challenging situations.
• Creative.
