Job position: Customer Advisor
Department: Retail
Location: Neptun Vlorë

The primary focus of a Customer Advisor is to provide customers with exceptional service and maintain the area under their responsibility.

Duties

• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales plan for their sector.
• Communicating with and serving customers according to company standards.
• Responsible for maintaining their sector.
• Following and implementing sales guidelines in their sector.
• Organizing the placement and presentation of products in their sector.
• Handling customer complaints and feedback according to company standards.
• Having thorough knowledge and monitoring of the product stock in their sector.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations.
• Polite and confident.
• Willing to work under pressure and in challenging situations.
• Creative.
