Position: Client Advisor
Department: Retail
Location: Elbasan
Position Purpose: The main focus of a Client Advisor is to provide customers with exceptional service and a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Achieve the individual monthly sales target by consistently meeting daily and weekly goals;
• Communicate with and serve customers according to company standards;
• Be responsible for the maintenance, organization, and placement of products in your section;
• Follow and implement sales instructions for your section;
• Manage customer complaints and feedback according to company standards;
• Have excellent knowledge and monitoring of the stock of products in your section;
• Organize and propose orders for products under your responsibility;
• Conduct inventories for your section and report the results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage);
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail sales;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations;
• Polite and confident;
• Willing to work under pressure and in challenging situations;
• Be creative.
