Hotel Manager

Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Hotel Manager.

Duties

• Managing and coordinating the hotel's daily operations.
• Supervising and organizing hotel staff.
• Ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Handling reservations, check-in/check-out, and customer concerns.
• Monitoring staff performance and scheduling shifts.
• Controlling costs, supplies, and operational requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing performance reports.
• Collaborating with suppliers, partners, and various departments.
• Identifying issues and proposing solutions to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of managerial experience, preferably in hotel management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and staff management abilities.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle dynamic situations and resolve problems.
• Good command of the English language.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
