Marketing Manager

Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager.

Duties

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and plan;
• Define brand positioning and development in the market;
• Plan and manage the marketing budget;
• Coordinate marketing activities with sales and logistics teams;
• Oversee Trade Marketing activities and promotional materials;
• Coordinate digital marketing and traditional marketing activities;
• Organize promotional campaigns, events, fairs, and tastings;
• Monitor the market, competitors, and consumer trends;
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports;
• Develop partnerships with suppliers and brands for joint activities;
• Manage the company’s image and reputation;
• Supervise and guide the marketing team.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields;
• 1–3 years of marketing experience;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Leadership abilities and attention to detail;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Creativity and adaptability in different situations;
• Negotiation skills;
• Good knowledge of digital marketing;
• Driving license is an advantage.
