Marketing Manager

Position: Store Manager Tirana.
Department: Operations
Location: Tirana.

Position Summary: Ensure positive store profitability through managing direct costs. Responsible for store maintenance, cash handling, purchasing, customer service, and more.

Duties

• Keep direct store costs under control
• Supervise the ordering process
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions regarding stock control
• Manage product placement on shelves using the FIFO system
• Follow planograms established by the relevant Departments
• Present promotional activities on time and in optimal conditions
• Responsible for cash and its bank deposits
• Motivate, support, and train store staff while ensuring technical security of goods and personnel
• Receive customer concerns, suggestions, and complaints and forward them to the appropriate departments depending on the issue
• Ensure the best possible sales conditions for fresh departments
• Monitor compliance with and application of hygiene standards set in the store
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to identify and/or resolve urgent issues

Qualifications

• Education: Hold a university degree
• Work experience: 3 years working in retail stores
• Other qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of the English language
• Have participated in training related to management, sales, etc.
• Other skills: Ability to work in a team
• Ability to lead, make decisions, and plan
• Ability to communicate with partners and customers
• Ability to provide efficient customer service in every situation
