Vacant Position: Warehouse Manager

Duties

• Staff Management Ensures that staff are present at work according to predetermined schedules.
• Ensures that staff receive the necessary training for each work process.
• Monitors the responsible execution of the respective duties by warehouse staff.
• After identifying needs and issues, requests ongoing training for staff.
• Oversees the proper organization of work, task distribution, order allocation, and transport scheduling.
• Operational Duties Supervises daily warehouse operations.
• Plans and organizes shipments and receipt of goods.
• Organizes the monthly warehouse inventory according to the predetermined schedule.
• Monitors the inventory process and related situations through appropriate verifications.
• Reports to the finance department on the results of inventory control.
• Follows up on various verification processes related to inventory discrepancies.
• Supervises the loading and unloading of goods.
• Communicates with other departments to ensure timely distribution and receipt of goods.
• Ensures the implementation and improvement of the warehouse's physical structure.
• Ensures safety conditions and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse management (minimum 2 years).
• Strong managerial and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory procedures and warehouse software.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and procedures.
