Parking Attendant at Residential Building

Duties

• Supervise the traffic area at the entrance and exit of the parking lot,
• Monitor and report on hygiene in coordination with the cleaning staff,
• Ensure smooth traffic flow in the parking area and other zones as directed by the parking supervisor,
• Assist customers who have difficulty exiting the parking area and inform them about parking incentives,
• Guide customers regarding elevators and emergency exits,
• In emergencies, respond according to instructions given by the parking supervisor,
• Process parking tickets at the exit,
• Verify tax invoices for purchases according to approved incentives,
• Print the fiscal receipt for each ticket/payment and complete the daily fiscal report closure,
• Manage the shift cash until it is secured in the safe,
• Turn on/off internal cabin equipment,
• Report any issues directly to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service roles.
• Good communication skills and professionalism.
• Customer service skills.
• Good physical condition to stand for extended periods.
• Accuracy in operating the fiscal cash register.
