Data & BI Analyst

Globe is seeking to hire a Data & BI Analyst with experience in reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, and optimizing reporting processes.

Position Objective
To ensure the organization, structuring, processing, control, analysis, and presentation of accurate data, as well as to contribute to the reorganization of databases and reporting sources, so that departments and managers receive fast, reliable, and valuable information about business performance.

Duties

• Main Responsibilities: Collect, structure, and analyze data from various business sources.
• Build, maintain, and optimize queries, auxiliary databases, and automated reports.
• Prepare statistical reports, performance analyses, and managerial dashboards.
• Analyze sales, commercial performance, KPIs, and other key business metrics.
• Process and link data from existing systems, financial/operational reports, targets, margins, costs, bonuses, and campaigns.
• Contribute to the reorganization and standardization of databases, reference sources, report structures, and data flows.
• Optimize and automate existing reporting processes using Excel, Power Query, SQL, and/or Power BI.
• Prepare daily, monthly, annual, YTD reports and historical comparisons as required by the business.
• Develop reporting models and analyses that support managerial decision-making.
• Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement, providing concrete recommendations.
• Document sources, calculation logic, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT, the ERP Administrator, and department users to refine and improve data flows.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Higher education in Statistics, Economic Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, controlling, finance reporting, sales/performance analysis, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and Power Query.
• Knowledge of SQL/queries and databases.
• Knowledge of Power BI; experience with dashboards and KPIs is a significant advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Python or automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and professional communication.
• Understanding of sales, purchasing, finance, stock, and product processes is an advantage.
• Good command of the English language.
