Finance Manager

DIMAL INC is a company operating in the field of production and distribution, seeking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the company’s financial and accounting processes.

Duties

• Organizes and supervises the Finance Department’s work, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial and accounting processes.
• Oversees collections, payments, cash and bank transactions, as well as reconciliations with clients, suppliers, and relevant departments.
• Prepares and analyzes periodic financial reports on revenues, expenses, liabilities, liquidity, and the company’s financial performance.
• Participates in preparing and monitoring budgets, analyzes deviations between planned and actual results, and proposes measures to control and optimize expenses.
• Analyzes production costs, raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging, and distribution, collaborating with relevant departments to control costs and calculate prices.
• Supervises financial and accounting documentation, tax filings, inventories, and prepares necessary documentation for audits and inspections.
• Monitors cash flow, identifies financial risks, and prepares financial analyses and information to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Experience in production and distribution companies is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting, tax legislation, and cost analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Integrity, accuracy, and professional confidentiality.
