Production Planning and Cost Specialist

DIMAL INC is seeking to hire a Planner/Cost Specialist who will be responsible for production planning, cost calculation and analysis, as well as monitoring stock and production processes.

Duties

• Prepares and monitors daily, monthly, and quarterly production plans.
• Calculates standard and actual product costs and analyzes variances.
• Monitors raw material consumption and verifies compliance with production recipes/standards.
• Tracks stock levels and collaborates with the warehouse to ensure accuracy of entries, exits, and inventories.
• Monitors technological losses, waste, and by-products during the production process.
• Prepares periodic reports on production, costs, consumption, and stock.
• Checks the accuracy of data recorded in the system.
• Collaborates with production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, and finance departments to coordinate processes.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in planning, cost analysis, or production control.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
