Customer Service - Berat Branch
Duties
- Perform fast and accurate banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, accounts, deposits, cards, overdrafts).
- Identify counterfeit banknotes according to bank regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of transactions and client information.
- Support marketing efforts and promote banking products to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields;
- Possess strong math skills to facilitate the daily reconciliation process;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills; Have excellent computer skills and accurately and quickly enter numerical data;
- Be practical and careful in tasks involving money;
- Work well under pressure and contribute effectively as a team member;
- Speak fluent English.
