Position: Cashier.
Department: Retail.
Location: Neptun Profarma.
Position Purpose: A cashier is responsible for managing their daily tasks in line with the company’s general policies.

Duties

• Conduct sales and record transactions in the store’s LOGI POS system according to predefined instructions by following the correct procedure.
• Select the correct customer for invoicing the sale, enter the Client Advisor’s code, and choose the payment method at the end of the transaction.
• Ensure accurate counting of cash received from customers and identify counterfeit banknotes, as well as be precise when giving change to customers.
• Communicate and provide service to customers.
• Scan and verify every product passing through the cash register.
• Inform customers of the price.
• Print the receipt or tax invoice.
• Close the cash register at the end of the shift and hand over the money to the store’s Finance officer.
• Notify Finance in case of issues with products or their prices.
• Responsible for maintaining their area of work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (University Degree is an advantage).
• Capable of managing cash handling.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Energetic and enjoys working in customer relations.
