Position: Condor Center Organizer (21 December)
Department: Operational Department
Location: Tirana.

Position Summary: The organizer’s role is to receive and ensure the presence and correct placement of products according to company procedures;
Works directly with their teammates.

Duties

• Duties and Responsibilities: Thoroughly knows and strictly follows all internal company procedures and rules regarding products, assortments, hygiene, and work standards;
• Follows internal occupational health and safety procedures, taking care of themselves, colleagues, and customers;
• Receives supplies and organizes them in the warehouse;
• Arranges products on shelves and ensures they are kept clean and orderly;
• Ensures all products displayed on shelves have barcodes;
• Maintains shelf labels (prices and offers);
• Presents products that require presentation to customers;
• Assists customers when they need help;
• Knows the products sold in the store and their functions, etc.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Education: Must have a high school diploma.
• Work experience: 6 months in similar roles.
• Other skills: Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to operate all equipment needed for the job;
• Strong communication skills.
