We are hiring full-time Slot Attendants for some of the best casinos in Tirana: Grand Casino, Arena Casino, and Tirana International Casino.

Duties

• Welcome and assist customers while they use the Slot machines.
• Monitor the machines' operation and report any technical issues according to company procedures.
• Provide professional service to ensure a positive experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Be over 21 years old.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be responsible, honest, and able to work well in a team.
• Be willing to work in 3 shifts.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
