About the job
Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist.
Duties
- Communicates with clients by phone and in person at the company’s premises.
- Receives, listens to, and guides clients according to their needs.
- Identifies clients’ interests and requests and refers them to the Sales Director.
- Follows up on communication with clients and ensures their requests are accurately conveyed.
- Helps build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Communicates professionally and clearly with various clients.
- Supports the negotiation and communication process with clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and expression skills.
- Be articulate, organized, and reliable.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Client- and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communications simultaneously.
- Professional and positive attitude toward clients.
