Customer Service

Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking to hire a Customer Service professional.

Duties

• Communicates with clients by phone and in person at the company’s premises.
• Welcomes, listens to, and guides clients according to their needs.
• Identifies clients’ interests and requests and refers them to the Sales Director.
• Follows up on communication with clients and ensures their requests are accurately conveyed.
• Assists in building and maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Communicates professionally and clearly with various clients.
• Supports the negotiation and communication process with clients as needed.
• Keeps client information and requests well organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and expression skills.
• Be articulate, organized, and reliable.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Client- and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communications simultaneously.
• Professional and positive attitude towards clients.
