Supply Chain Manager

Billa & Co Sh.p.k is a dynamic company operating in the Albanian market specializing in the trade of tiles, parquet, sanitary ware, and construction materials. With a strong commitment to quality and customer service, we aim to expand our team with motivated and professional individuals.

Duties

• Negotiating purchase prices with suppliers;
• Creating and managing purchase orders (PO) and monitoring their status;
• Organizing bookings and coordinating with forwarders;
• Managing contracts and terms with suppliers;
• Reviewing proforma invoices and import documentation;
• Calculating and monitoring landed cost (total cost at warehouse);
• Managing and optimizing logistics costs;
• Handling claims, credit notes, and financial compensations;
• Ensuring accuracy of data in the system (prices, terms, ETA, quantities, costs);
• Completing the shipment file in Odoo

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain.
• University degree in Economics or Business Administration;
• Good knowledge of supply and logistics chain processes;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Familiarity with ERP software (Odoo is an advantage);
• Good command of English;
• Analytical and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and responsibility in work.
