Albanian College is an international curriculum school and an IB World School. AC is accepting applications for the following position:

Homeroom Teacher – Primary School (Gr 1-5)/ Mësuese e Ciklit Fillor (Klasa 1-5)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Primary Education, Elementary Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Valid teaching license.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary school or international school environment.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to supporting students’ overall development and well-being.
• Experience with IB/PYP methodology or an international curriculum is considered an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
