Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team in Tirana, Albania.
In this role, you will work remotely while providing operational support to the Payments Department based in Bolzano, Italy. You will be involved in daily payment processes, supplier communication, and financial operations.Training and onboarding will be fully provided by the Bolzano team.

List of Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the shared payments mailbox.
• Handle supplier inquiries related to invoices, payment status, and outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve invoice blocks and payment issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process daily and month-end payment batches.
• Ensure deadlines are met and workflows are executed efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls from international suppliers through the company’s telephone switchboard (two days per week).
• Maintain regular communication with the Accounting Department (overdue, due, and disputed invoices).
• Collaborate with the Bolzano team through remote communication tools.

Kualifikimet

Requirements

• Good command of English (written and spoken); Italian would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications (experience with SAP is a plus).
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, administration, or accounts payable is considered an advantage.
