Marketing Manager

Aegis Al Solutions is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to strengthen our B2B marketing efforts and grow our digital presence.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for content creation, storytelling, social media, and digital marketing, who can transform complex cybersecurity and compliance topics into engaging, informative, and visually appealing content.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of our content strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, brand positioning, and B2B audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (Primary Focus):

• Create original, engaging, and high-quality content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Write compelling posts, articles, captions, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
• Develop creative visual content, including graphics, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos.
• Transform cybersecurity, IT, and compliance topics into accessible and engaging content.
• Develop content ideas and storytelling approaches that communicate the company’s expertise and value.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure high-quality content across all channels.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and manage a structured social media content calendar.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across relevant platforms.
• Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and organic reach, particularly on LinkedIn.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Create marketing campaigns, email content, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Support B2B lead-generation initiatives through targeted content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with SDRs and sales leadership to align marketing content with business development goals.

Performance & Optimization:

• Monitor content performance, engagement, website traffic, and lead-generation metrics.
• Analyze results and continuously improve content strategies.
• Identify new content opportunities and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative content development abilities.
• Ability to create engaging visual content using graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and digital content strategies.
• Basic video editing and multimedia content creation skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing IT, cybersecurity, or compliance services.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of B2B lead-generation strategies.
