Customer Service Agent

We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, solution-oriented, and committed to providing a high-quality customer experience.

Detyrat

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels;
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding the company’s services;
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner;
• Assist customers throughout their experience with the service and provide appropriate solutions when issues arise;
• Coordinate with drivers and other internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer requests and operational issues;
• Record, monitor, and follow up on customer requests using the company’s systems;
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikimet

• University degree completed or currently in progress is considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication and active listening skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally;
• Responsible, reliable, and well-organized;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Good command of English; Good computer skills and confidence in using digital platforms;
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or a similar role is considered an advantage.
