About the Role

We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage and secure the network infrastructure across our headquarters and multiple casino locations. This role owns day-to-day network operations, firewall management, and connectivity between sites, ensuring reliable and secure communication across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across HQ and all site locations.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and site-to-site connections to ensure secure inter-site communication.
• Manage MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless access points (including CAPsMAN-based deployments).
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues.
• Implement and maintain network security policies, access controls, and segmentation (VLANs).
• Support guest Wi-Fi infrastructure, including captive portal and access control systems.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups.
• Respond to and resolve network-related incidents, including after-hours support when required.
• Collaborate with the System Administrator and IT Manager on infrastructure projects and security initiatives.
• Ensure network practices align with company compliance and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience administering enterprise network infrastructure (2+ years preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS (or similar platforms such as Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet).
• Solid understanding of firewall configuration, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with wireless network deployment and management (CAPsMAN or equivalent).
• Understanding of network security best practices.
• Ability to work across multiple physical locations and coordinate remote troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• MikroTik certification (MTCNA or higher) is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.
