Job Position: SPA Receptionist
POSITION PURPOSE
The Oblivion Spa Receptionist offers assistance and manages customers by offering a friendly and efficient service. She/he is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, with the main purpose to maintain and to attract new customers.
Detyrat
- Welcomes guests with courtesy and by smiling.
- Books treatments and assigns rooms.
- Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Performs SPA tours for guests and explains how to properly use the facilities.
- Uses proper telephone etiquette.
- Promotes special packages or promotions.
- Offers 5-star service at all time.
- Reports on guest reactions.
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Kualifikimet
- University Degree.
- Fluent in Spoken English.
- Other languages will be an advantage.
- Availability to work with shifts is a must.
