Our TA team is growing, and we are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner in Durres. The Talent Acquisition Partner acts across the full recruitment life cycle and is responsible for finding the correct match between Transcom vacancies and candidates.

In this role, you will:
- Implement the cluster Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents
- Finding the right match between candidate and Transcom via first selection
- Coordinating existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle)
- Maintaining and improving collaboration with temp / recruitment agencies
- Supporting improvement in all recruitment steps (search, screen, test, match)
- Driving candidate attraction and experience proactively
- Working by KPI driven performance
- Communicating and collaborating closely with OPS
Kualifikimet
What we are looking for:
- University degree;
- Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment minimum 3/4 years;
- Applicant Tracking Systems: High Level;
- Fluent Italian and English (a must);
- Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment;
- Effective communication skills;
- Teamwork;
- Focus on results on results and quality.
