Role: Construction Implementation Engineer
Location: Durrës

Role Summary: The Implementation Engineer is responsible for planning and organizing the construction site according to the project, budget, technical specifications, and work schedule until the handover phase of the building. They perform daily inspections before starting work and after its completion. They maintain a daily construction work report for the Project Manager. They enforce the Construction Technical Regulations (K.T.Z.), health and safety regulations at work, together with trained first aid personnel. They coordinate with the construction technician for ordering materials and requirements to carry out daily activities in compliance with the work schedule.

Duties

• Main Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors and controls the execution of works on site according to the project and contractual documentation;
• Ensures that works are carried out according to quality, safety standards, and specified deadlines;
• Coordinates construction activities between subcontractors and various technical teams;
• Checks the compliance of implementation works with structural, MEP, and architectural plans;
• Reports on work progress, technical issues, and improvement proposals;
• Follows the implementation of quality control procedures (QA/QC) at all work stages;
• Identifies discrepancies or deviations from the project and raises RFIs for technical clarification;
• Ensures materials are used according to technical specifications and waste is minimized;
• Assists in the preparation and verification of As Built Drawings for completed works;
• Maintains and updates the Site Diary by recording daily activities, working conditions, workforce, equipment, materials, and any incidents or delays;
• Assists in drafting daily/weekly work plans and supports the Site Manager;
• Collaborates with design engineers, supervisors, and overseers to resolve technical issues on site.

Qualifications

• Key Qualifications and Skills: Graduated in Construction Engineering;
• Has over 3 years of work experience;
• Is updated with market prices for various processes in civil and industrial construction works;
• Has the ability to suggest solutions and make decisions;
• Is capable of working in a team, cooperating with other company staff members;
• Is familiar with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCad 2D&3D, etc.;
• Has good knowledge of the English language;
