As a Waiter/Waitress at Le District, you will provide smooth service and create exceptional experiences for guests. Your role will be key in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Duties
- Providing warm and efficient service that maximizes guest satisfaction and sales opportunities;
- Keeping the pass area organized and monitoring tables to anticipate service needs;
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a smooth experience;
- Preparing the restaurant according to standards and following cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere;
- Being knowledgeable about the menu and products to confidently assist guests;
- Supporting new team members through training and guidance, helping them deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Desire to work in hospitality and provide quality service;
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume luxury restaurant;
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Professional conduct, punctuality, and customer focus;
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
- Knowledge of the English language is required.
